Type of employment agreement: Labor card for 2 years or more. Direct contract with the employer.
Description: Construction work. Installation of formwork, reinforcement, concreting. Installation of system formwork (DOKA, PERI) of foundations, bridge supports. Manufacture of timber elements (beams and edges) for formwork and load-bearing structures.

Advantages (optional): Scaffolding and/or work at height certificates, experience with a chain saw. Basic knowledge of the Czech language or a desire to start learning it.
Payment: Net from 110 CZK / hour (Gross from 140 CZK / hour) + Bonuses
The premiums vary depending on the specific conditions of individual enterprises and the speed of implementation of plans. This is usually a 13th salary, an hourly increased rate, or an individual bonus paid on a quarterly basis.
Overtime: The employer will provide the opportunity to work overtime. The number of possible overtime hours depends on the current status of orders. That is, it is optional.
Overtime pay in relation to the basic hourly rate:
• On weekdays + 25%
• At night + 35%
• Saturday and Sunday + 35%
• On holidays + 125%
Additionally: Bonus to the pension fund up to 1000 kroons (40 euros). After a year of work, if the employee begins to save up in the pension fund himself, the employer will contribute the same amount up to 1000 kroons
Multisport card 200 CZK (8 euros), the card can be used for various sports activities throughout the Czech Republic (gym, swimming, recreation, etc.)
Business travel Up to 3900 kroons (160 euros) – depending on the number of days spent outside the main place of work. This item is not guaranteed. Depends on the current situation.
Opportunity to buy employer’s shares Only with long-term employment
Meals: Vouchers CZK 95 / day
Accommodation: Comfortable accommodation will be provided by the employer (according to the place of work). Accommodation will meet corporate standards for employees from abroad: all hygiene standards, heating, drinking water, toilet and shower in the room, sometimes, in extreme cases, in the building. Safe environment, enough living space – maximum 4 people per room. The building will include a free laundry room with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. The total cost of living varies from 3500 to 5000 CZK depending on the region. The employer will provide a living allowance of 3500 CZK / month for a maximum of the first 4 years. Employees remain eligible for this benefit, even if they rent their own home.
Transport: Transport to the first Czech railway station/airport is paid by the employee. From there, transport is provided by the employer.
Transport between workplaces will be provided by the employer free of charge.
The employer compensates for all visa costs (visa fees, documents, translations, etc.) upon arrival in the Czech Republic according to the receipts provided.
